For one week, every summer, restaurants in historic downtown Bethlehem get together and offer special multi-course menus at special prices. This year, 1741 on the Terrace, features a NEW MENU of 3 courses for $30 at dinner and $3 off the 3-glass WineFlight tasting.
Breakfast with a View has a lovely selection of items at $6 or less and a "Grazing Breakfast" of 2 items for $10.

Admire the charming downtown of Bethlehem with buildings and history dating back to the day in 1741 when the town itself was founded.
In addition to our ala carte menu, our Tasting Menu features smaller portions of a three course dinner allowing you to try a variety of dishes for an affordable fixed price of $30.
The wine list - developed to inspire not to impress – is filled with wines from around the world, but with a focus on American wines. Frequent diners at finer restaurants will be impressed with the selection of wines available, but the list has been crafted to make the choices easy for a novice as well. Our sommelier is available to aid wine selection or custom pairings for any menu items upon request.
