Wine Tasting Seminars Begin February 4

Did you ever feel intimidated by a wine list?

The sommelier's wine tasting seminars "Talk, Taste and Think Wine" features eight wines of the world and special guest speakers.  Each seminar will feature a variety of wine tastes with analysis and discussion about pairing, nose, bouquet and body.

The seminars can be attended as individual classes or as a series and will leave you with a deeper appreciation and understanding of wine as well as a solid skill level for pairing wines with food.

The series begins Wednesday February 4, 2009 and continues for eight weeks.  Price is $30 per course or $200 for the entire series.  Reservations are required.
